Configuration Best Practices

Begin with basic settings and add features gradually as your directory grows. Don’t overwhelm users with too many options at launch.
Configure settings based on your target users’ needs and technical abilities. A tech directory might use code verification, while a local business directory might stick to email verification.
Requiring registration reduces spam but slows growth. Find the right balance for your directory’s stage and goals.
After changing settings, test the user experience from a visitor’s perspective to ensure everything works smoothly.
Track how settings impact user behavior and be willing to adjust based on data and feedback.
